What a nite...

Yesterday was a wonderful nite for us. I had been anticipating for two weeks since he told me he be able to take off on the exact date, 14th. Been asking him all the while on where he is taking me to, but he just kept it a secret. Went to a posh restaurant, had a bottle of white wine. . Michelangelo, a nice one located in Holland V. He ordered white wine, Riseling (S.A Prum,2000) as it's more to the sweeter side, and it would not be too strong for me. The wine had a sweet-sour taste.. Anyway not too strong just nice i felt.

Sell mostly pasta, but the starter was good. The mussels were fresh and fat, then heard from him that it's all frozen one. I was thinking what a waste thought it was fresh afterall! Managed to get some white bread and eat it with the sauce. Yummy nice.... Asked him to cook for me again.. However he said it is a easy dish to cook,it all depends on the tomatoes sauce,either fresh or from the bottle that could be get from supermarket. I had a main course- Red Snapper and he had a seafood pasta with a fantastic name on the menu .. haha which i couldn't pronounce..

It was romantic to sit outside of course but my dear was sweating like hell, so managed to change seat inside the restaurant after our starter. Changed to cushion seats which the restaurant only have two such seats, it was meant for table of 4 at least.. But we were lucky to get it. After we sat down, outside was raining suddenly! If not there goes our food! The taste of the wine would became stronger after you ate. The fish brought out the strong taste of wine and i could smell the fragrance of grapes. Asked a lot of question about wine,food and cooking skill.. guess made him surprised that i asked so much. Anyway he is knowledgeable so why not?

He said after this meal,we got to starve ourselves for the rest of the month, then i replied why not i go and wash dishes first.. hehe i know he wouldn't bear.. but of course got to save !!
Just wish to say thanks so much for your dinner and wine. It's your first time,so do i!! Muack! Hope we be able to had the chance of experiencing this again. Love you Dear!
